Nothin’ that a little love can’t fix

If you see me less, I’m doing more

There’s times I have so many things going on that I forget to check in with myself physically, mentally and spiritually. Taking time out to be one with yourself is key. I ask myself every time I feel overwhelmed: Did I pray and mediate today? Am I manifesting my best life? I can’t complain when I’m not putting in the work. Time to tap into my divine feminine energy, there’s levels to my self-care routine.

I’m making changes to live my best life and be a better version of myself. I can’t cater to everyones needs and put my own aside, it’s time to be a little more selfish with my energy and careful to who I give it to as well as rid myself of unwanted and unneeded energies that no longer service my highest and greatest good. You don’t realize how draining those around can be until it hits you. There are energy vampires everywhere, even those closest to you. Taking a moment to charge myself spiritually (praying+meditating) every day is essential to my spiritual growth and being consistent is what I’m working on. I’m learning that it’s okay to let certain things go in order to reduce the stress because I tend to bite off more than I can chew. Maybe some of you can relate and have not said it out loud because you don’t want to feel like you can’t handle what is going on and try your best to hang on even if it’s causing you stress. I’m letting you know that it’s okay to let go and you will feel much better putting yourself and your mental health first. I can’t help those around me if I’m not taking care of myself. There’s nothing that a little more self-love can’t fix.
